The space
The Villa:
Villa Beau Site offers a beautiful living room with a convertible corner sofa, dining area, and TV, along with a magnificent, fully equipped, and functional kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, elevated dishwasher, two coffee makers, and more.
The sleeping area includes three beautiful bedrooms:
Master bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and an open bathroom with an Italian shower.
Bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed.
Bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds.
There is an independent WC with a hand basin, a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, and a small laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and cleaning supplies.
The Exterior:
A beautifully landscaped garden of 1000m² at the back of the house, overlooking a green, wooded area.
Swimming area with a stunning 7x3.5m saltwater pool, secured with a safety cover, a wooden deck, and sun loungers. A large terrace overlooking the living room and pool area, equipped with a pergola, garden furniture, dining table, and gas plancha. There is also a swing for children.

Option to make the closed garage available for two-wheelers.

Bed linen and towels are not included. A set of bed linen and towels can be rented for €7.5 per single bed and €15 per double bed.

Guest access
The entire property, including the pool and terrace, is at your disposal. Only the garage and the office are not available for use.

The neighborhood
Other notes:
Villa Beau Site is ideally located near amenities and the medieval town center of Sommières. You can explore its charming cobbled streets, numerous historical sites, restaurants, night markets, and activities (tree climbing, kayaking, greenway, etc.).
If you wish to explore further, the cities of Nîmes, Montpellier, Arles, and Uzès offer many tourist attractions, lively nightlife, museums, and cultural festivals. Not to mention the countless and magnificent natural sites such as the Navacelles Cirque, Pic Saint Loup, the Camargue, and beaches.
Getting around
Other things to note
The cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning between bookings (vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, bathroom cleaning, etc.). Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonable condition, not requiring excessive cleaning (e.g., no leftover food or unwashed dishes). In cases of non-compliance (e.g., significant dirt, stained linens or towels, presence of animal hair, etc.), the concierge reserves the right to charge additional fees.
Waste: Guests must place their waste in designated bins.
Damages: If guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, they are expected to inform us as soon as possible so we can find a reasonable solution together.
