The cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning between bookings (vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, bathroom cleaning, etc.). Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonable condition, not requiring excessive cleaning (e.g., no leftover food or unwashed dishes). In cases of non-compliance (e.g., significant dirt, stained linens or towels, presence of animal hair, etc.), the concierge reserves the right to charge additional fees.
Waste: Guests must dispose of their waste in the designated bins.
Damages: When guests cause damages beyond normal wear and tear, they are expected to inform the host as soon as possible to find a reasonable solution together.
