The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, yet only 2 minutes from the village center.
Location:
Situated in the heart of Lédenon, this mas is the perfect base for exploring the region. Discover must-see attractions such as the Pont du Gard and the Maison Carrée, or shop at the Halles de Nîmes and the Uzès Market. For a unique experience, attend an event at the Arènes de Nîmes, Stade des Costières, or the Lédenon racetrack. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy activities like rafting, fishing, hiking, or cycling.

Cleaning Rules:
Guests are requested to leave the accommodation in a tidy condition, not requiring excessive cleaning (e.g., no leftover food or unwashed dishes). The cleaning fee covers only standard cleaning (vacuuming, floor washing, window and bathroom cleaning, etc.).
Waste Management:
Please dispose of your waste in the designated bins.
Damages:
If any damage occurs beyond normal wear and tear, guests are kindly asked to inform me as soon as possible so we can find a reasonable solution together.
